Management of the association is entrusted to a Board of twelve elected members. There are also five committees each charged with specific duties :
- AUDIT COMMITTEE
- EVENTS AND MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
- TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING COMMITTEE
- FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE
- MENTORSHIP COMMITTEE.
While the Board is charged with the responsibility of overseeing routine operations of the Association, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the supreme decision-making authority.
We have a secretariat which undertakes routine activities of the association and is headed by the C.E.O.
