Governance

Management of the association is entrusted to a Board of twelve elected members. There are also five committees each charged with specific duties :

  1. AUDIT COMMITTEE
  2. EVENTS AND MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
  3. TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING COMMITTEE
  4. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE
  5. MENTORSHIP COMMITTEE.

While the Board is charged with the responsibility of overseeing routine operations of the Association, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the supreme decision-making authority. 

We have a secretariat  which undertakes routine activities of the association and is headed by the C.E.O.
